Our Mission

Our mission is simple but urgent: we seek charitable donations of cash and other property earmarked for support of the charitable initiative known as the SPECTRUM PROUD project, and to make disbursements in furtherance of the project’s mission to directly subsidize timely, high-quality comprehensive autism diagnostic evaluations for every family, regardless of income, insurance status, or geographic location.

Girls in a Circle

Our Story

Operating under fiscal sponsorship by a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Social Good Fund, the SPECTRUM PROUD social impact program has a bold vision: to transform the landscape of autism diagnostics, giving hope and answers to thousands of economically challenged families across the nation, particularly in rural areas and underserved communities. Every dollar donated goes directly towards providing comprehensive autism behavioral evaluations and culturally responsive care for families in need.

Our Kids

The accelerating rate of autism diagnoses is a significant concern. 1 in every 31 U.S. children are now identified with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), according to the CDC. Yet, the average cost of a comprehensive evaluation ranges from $3,500 to $6,000, and most behavioral health providers do not accept Medicaid or private health insurance because reimbursement rates do not cover clinical costs. Families are often left with an impossible choice: pay thousands of dollars out of pocket or forgo early intervention that could change a child’s future.

Our Solution, under the Social Good Fund’s fiscal sponsorship, ensures that no child is turned away due to financial hardship. Through this charitable program, donations directly subsidize 100% of the cost for autism spectrum diagnostic evaluations for families nationwide experiencing economic challenges.
